Eldorado Park (Kersie-Dorp) Christmas Party at JHB Zoo

The date was 16 December 2011 and all the children of Eldorado Park Kersie dorp gathered in Lamas Street. All 150 children were given a Tshirt and all excited was loaded into cars, bakkies and combis and we arrived at the JHB Zoo at 09H30. After a welcoming speech and a prayer, the energetic children gobbled down breakfast. They explored the Zoo for about 2 hours after which they returned to the lapa for a hearty Nandos 1/4 Chicken and Chips. With only half of the zoo explored, they could not wait to see some more. At about 15H30, we all gathered again at the Lapa where SURPRISE, Father Christmas was waiting for them with gifts. Each child received a gift and a party pack and a Mc Donalds toy. After a thank you message from the children to all the sponsors and a prayer thanking the almighty for this wonderful day, 150 children all received a Mc Donalds Kiddy Pack.
